Room in Meisterschwanden, 10 minutes' walk from the lake

Airbnb room in a private household on the village square of the municipality of Meisterschwanden. A 10-minute walk to the lake + forest, and just a one-minute walk from the Delphinweg bus station (towards Lenzburg or Wohlen), Coop, Volg, pharmacy and bank all right outside the door. Our surroundings on Lake Hallwil are beautiful, suitable for athletes and connoisseurs Shared use, i.e. sharing the modern kitchen, bathroom (without bathtub), a living room with TV, balcony + garden. Washing tower available Parking The space NOTE: Dear guests, July and August 2026 I am traveling, so I only rent the house to guests who stay at least a week! My girlfriend will give you the key and help you. I also live in this house and we will run into each other and therefore have to share the kitchen and bathroom and the garden! But I'll hold back and take your time! I don't insist on you, only when it fits and it is noticeable that this is right for everyone,because I am often on the road myself or working in the Spitex. Two cats still live in the house and my adolescent son or friend appears every now and then. But neither currently live in my household! Attention, the Airbnb room will be on the 3rd floor (where the attic used to be,) rented! My son also has his empire up there! Unfortunately, however, my son's room has not yet a bedroom door, screen by curtain. Door is custom-made by custom-made, and is expected to be assembled in the winter of 2025. I am widowed, my husband renovated the whole house myself but died of cancer at the end of 2021 and left me this beautiful Art Nouveau house with garden and two teenagers. I am still in the transition, "What next" with my life? Airbnb helps me keep the house with garden alive, because it is too big for me alone. Best regards Nicole Guest access The most beautiful thing about my house is probably the central location, near the lake and forest, and the large garden surrounding the house, which of course can be shared. A garden table is available. Other shared use includes: On the ground floor: - Modern kitchen with dining room, all appliances may be shared (oven, Bosch food processor, Nutribullet, refrigerator and coffee machine). - small toilet with sink - Cloakroom for storing suitcases and hanging jackets, see photo middle floor: - Living room with TV - Balcony - bathroom with shower (PLEASE without BATHTUB, it is defective) Top floor: - your area alone Cellar area: - Washing machine and dryer for shared use During your stay I am usually easily accessible on my mobile phone. If not, you can try to contact my neighbor. She also has a spare key to the house. Other things to note We still have 2 bikes / mountain bikes and a Leopard e-bike, which can be rented by arrangement for Fr. 5.00/day.
