The space The house is a fantastic 130 m² stone house, an ideal starting point to discover the cultural beauties of Vicenza, Verona, Venice and Lake Garda or to recharge your batteries in complete tranquillity. The house has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, an entrance hall with an elegant dining table, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed on the gallery. The house can comfortably accommodate 1 to 7 people. Guest access The house is independent with a private garden. The romantic private garden and terrace is an ideal place for relaxing, taking the sun or eating with friends. Other things to note Vicenza and its surroundings are economically very active and dynamic. Combined with the old historic buildings, this gives a very nice blend of tradition and modernity. There are many very tasty restaurants, wineries and historic places. The main roads are also easily accessible: the motorway is only 5 minutes away. The train station is 8 km away. The property is located between Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice. Above the house, about 5 minutes away, is a beautiful oak forest for walking or mountain biking.
