It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The rooms were furnished absolutely gorgeous. The mattresses were practically brand new and very comfortable. Plenty of closet space and three bathrooms, one adjoining the master bedroom. The kitchen was open concept and had everything we needed. The lanai was spectacular with awesome plants and flowers. There is also a table and chair set so you can eat outdoors every day, rain or shine, with a large ceiling fan. She has beautiful paintings throughout the house. Honestly, it is beautiful. Cheri was not only wonderful but extremely available to us at any time of the day or night. She welcomed us and had cheese and crackers waiting for us. As for restaurants, beaches, Naples Zoo, shopping or fishing, they are minutes away. We very much enjoyed the last six months in this amazing, contemporary “zen-like” sanctuary. This incredibly unique home is definitely a step above with the artwork collection, spacious openness and absolutely perfect for relaxing, cooking, entertaining. Such a beautiful, eclectic space, and Cherie has thought of everything to make a long-term stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy dinners at home, such as ample utensils, pots and pans, large coffee mugs, a blender, BBQ grill, even a wine cooler. The layout was convenient with the master bedroom and en suite bath/shower on the ground floor, large two-story living area with a walkout to the rear patio/lanai, and a very nice second bedroom plus nicely equipped office space upstairs. The grounds, including the patio/lanai, were wonderfully landscaped with tropical plants and flowers. The Xfinity internet/WiFi was strong throughout the house and steady with few interruptions. Multiple Smart TVs and the Alexa setup were a nice touch. The location also worked well for food delivery, bike rides in the neighborhood, and access to local parks, nearby beaches, and Naples Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is great for walking and very quiet and friendly. The overall energy which Cheri has imbued into the home is contagious! Overall, the house more than met our needs and Cheri couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Located in a pristine, well-manicured established community that welcomes you with tranquility upon entering, the thoughtfulness of Casa Alexa’s décor, fashion, and furnishings creates a warm and welcoming place one can truly call home.
