The beach house has a propane BBQ grill, beach chairs, and umbrellas! Parties must be 25years old and older *A note to our valued visitors, Florida can be known for hurricanes and red tide, if either of these concerns you, please plan to purchase travel insurance. Also, TVs with cable are provided in the living room and Florida room area and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. We have beautiful bamboo trees for privacy and they can blow leaves into the pool. There is a robot that you can drop in the pool and pick up all leaves with ease to have a park sparkling pool daily. Also, Please remember to bring bug spray and tiki torch bug repellent oil etc. Florida can have lots of mosquitoes and that will help keep you much more comfortable.
