Come relax and enjoy our spacious cozy home, take a dip and cool down in the pool. You will find four comfortable bedrooms, washer and dryer as well as modern day appliances. This house is perfectly located close hospitals, airport, restaurants, and shopping. The space The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps and a massage chair. Two bedrooms have full size beds with night stands. The fourth bedrooms has a sofabed and a desk. All closets are empty. Also, there is water softener system throughout the whole house. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy except the garage which is for housekeeping and maintenance supplies are kept, we only ask that you take care of it as if it was your own. Please follow all house and pool safety rules. Other things to note Maximum number of guests 5. No parties or overnight guests. You may bring 4 extra guests at no charge to visit but not stay. Pool/garden maintenance is done every Friday. Garbage is rolled out Wednesdays and Sundays and rolled back in the next day by personnel The swimming pool is not heated since Laredo is usually very hot 80% of the year
