Our Queen Bed Suite is a spacious room with modern furniture including a Queen bed that includes quality bed linens: 4 large pillows, duvet, bed sheets and mattress cover. There is storage and a bedside table equipped with USB charging ports. Also included is a smart TV, full size fridge/freezer and a leather powered recliner chair. The space Our Suites and Stay rental unit is located downtown Kirkland Lake off of Government Road West (located behind Canadian Tire). Our Suites and Stay is a shared rental space with 8 private rooms, including 3 single bed suites, 4 queen bed suites and a king bed suite. There are large shared areas including kitchen, dining room, living room, office, laundry room and two washrooms. Our suites are located on the 2nd level of our property, with spacious shared living areas and rooms. The rental suites have a secured main entrance as well as individual secure access to each room. Our 1st level includes our Lifestyles Home Decor and More Furniture store, Purolator pick up/drop off center, Tee'd Off Golf Simulator (*NEW to Kirkland Lake), Photo Kiosk Center and so much more! Everything you need is within walking distance! Guest access Guests have access to our spacious shared areas, including: 1. Large closet/mudroom at the main entrance with ample space for all our guests. 2. Spacious living room full of natural light from it's large windows. 3. Newly renovated kitchen equipped with coffee bar, full fridge equipped with ice and filtered water, full size stove/oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and all dishes/pots/utensils/linen required to cook full meals. 4. Private office area 5. Laundry facilities, including washer & dryer, iron & iron board and large folding counter 6. 2 bathrooms, each with a walk in shower. (Our bathrooms are privately located away from other common areas and suites). 7. Large parking space for large vehicles and trailers. 8. Guests can access the main floor during business hours (furniture/decor store, Purolator, photo kiosk, golf simulator). During your stay We are flexible in meeting our guest(s) communication preference. Our host will meet you at the rental property upon arrival if you prefer for a full tour or if you prefer to communicate via phone/text/app, that is also an option. Guests can also access our staff who will be at the rental unit regularly for housekeeping of the rental space. Our staff at our Lifestyles Home Decor and More store located within the building on the first floor are also available for any questions/assistance required during business hours from Monday through Saturday during business hours.
