The Host will evict immediately guests that will violate this 2- occupancy rule with the presence of the police. NO one else can enter the home at anytime for safety reasons. NO OTHER UNBOOKED PERSONAL GUESTS. You are not allowed to entertain your UNBOOKED GUESTS inside my house.The video camera records all guests coming in and coming out of my house. 2. You understood that you will check in at 3PM on your check-in time and not earlier without permission, and check- out at exactly 11AM on your check-out day. HOW TO CHECK-IN: To check-in, you must click “TRIPS” in your Airbnb account ON THE DAY of the check-in. Read the Check-in guide for the EXACT ADDRESS, DOOR CODES, and STRICT PARKING INSTRUCTION that will appear in your Airbnb “TRIPS.” 3. If you extend your stay beyond 11AM without informing the Host, you understand this is against Airbnb rules and it is considered as "illegal presence" and "trespassing" based on New York State Penal Law, Article 140 and Federal Anti-Trespassing Law 18 U.S. Code § 241 which will result to instant penalty. 4. Your room shares Full Bathroom with other 2 Airbnb private rooms and share 1 small kitchenette and no living room because this accommodation is only intended for QUICK travelers with less luggage. THE 1ST FLOOR. The 1st Floor has rooms 1, the shared kitchenette. The 1st Floor is accessed through the Main Door. THE 2ND FLOOR. The 2nd Floor has 12-step staircase to Private Room 2,3 and shared full bathroom. The 2nd Floor is accessed through the Main Door. 5. Room cleaning is only done before check-in and after check-out. No cleaning of your room is done during your entire stay. But host cleans the bathroom and hallway during your stay. 6. If you require room cleaning, there is a fee of $50 every time you want your room cleaned and all your towels, pillow cases, bedding sheets, and blankets are replaced for free . 7. One time supply: Two towels, 2 face towels, bed sheets, clean pillow cases, and blanket supplied only once during your stay. Free body wash, shampoo, and will be supplied during your entire stay. Smart Samsung TV for streaming. 8. Resupply: Fees are charged if you need these fresh items only: 2 Towel Set= $10 (compulsory 2 towels) 2 Pillow Cases Set =$10 (compulsory 2 pillow cases) 2 Pillows = $20 (compulsory 2 pillows) Bedding Set =$10 (compulsory 1 fitted sheet, 1 plain sheet) Blanket=$20 per blanket 9. You must leave all the above items in the room when you check out. If Items are lost, Airbnb will charge your card per item lost. 10. No unlisted guests are allowed inside the room and inside my property for safety and security of every body because they will be considered "trespassers." 11. Listed Airbnb Guests must entertain their unlisted guests outside my property in restaurants nearby. 12. Wash your plates, spoon, fork, glasses, and any kitchen utensils, microwave after you use them. 13. KEEP bathroom CLEAN after you use. 14. Clean the kitchenette after you use as the kitchenette is shared by other guests. 15. You understand that you are not a "TENANT" but an "Airbnb Guest" similar to when you booked in a hotel accommodation. If you overstay in a hotel without proper reservation and payment, the 911 Police will be called and remove you from the property and you will be charged "trespassing" and "illegal presence" based on New York State Penal Law, Article 140 and Federal Anti-Trespassing Law 18 U.S. Code § 241 which will result in the same. 16. Always contact the host first by messaging in the Airbnb platform before calling Airbnb. 17. You agree and understand that you cannot cancel and ask refund if you have issues and you did not allow the host to resolve your issues before you call Airbnb to cancel and ask for refund. 18. You have to monitor, watch, and receive your own online deliveries. The host cannot be responsible for any lost and undelivered orders of Airbnb guests. 19. Maintain peace and order always and respect other Airbnb guests sharing the property. 20. HOUSE CONSIDERATIONS. The house is post WWII house. Noise is easily transmitted through its thin walls. The floors, stairs, and doors create creaking noise. If you book this house, you cannot complain about these noises as you are foretold. Guest access YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ROOM AND COMMON AREAS INCLUDING BATHROOM AND KITCHENETTE. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE NO CHECK-IN AFTER 10PM. I do not rent to smokers. If you are a smoker, even a casual smoker then this is not an appropriate listing for your stay. It's not just that there is no smoking in the house- it's really ,truly no smokers. Your stay will be terminated along with $500 penalty through your Airbnb account. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS NO PETS- The name on your Airbnb listing must be your actual name and where you are from (city and state) must be visible. Last-minute bookings please message and explain the reason for your booking at my place. PARK IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE OR ACROSS THE STREET. ON Street parking only. DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY OR AT ANY NEIGHBORS HOUSE ON THE LEFT OR RIGHT OF THE HOUSE. NO OVERSIZED TRUCKS. The checkout time of 11 AM must be respected.
