Enjoy easy access to downtown beautiful Mexico City at this property located 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from the Zócalo, very close to main avenues and public transportation, 1 block from the central axis, and 2 blocks from the Blue and Green metro lines. 7-8 minutes by car to Colonia Roma and 20 minutes on foot. It is a small but very cozy loft-style apartment; it is on the GROUND FLOOR, and there are many options nearby to enjoy Mexican food. It also has a refrigerator, stove, and a fully equipped kitchen. The space This loft is located in a popular neighborhood in beautiful Mexico City, and it has everything you need for a comfortable, quiet, and safe stay, with easy access to many tourist attractions and important places in Mexico City (Zócalo, museums, hospitals, auditoriums, stadiums, popular markets, courthouses, airport, etc.). It is for a maximum of 3 guests, as for your comfort, I provide a queen-size bed and a single memory foam mattress that can be placed on the floor (10 cm / 4 inches thick); it is very comfortable. IMPORTANT: Parking is NOT available. Guest access The accommodation for you is on the ground floor, but also on the second level there is a terrace where there is space to wash (laundry) and in case you like to get some air; if you are a smoker, that is your area (always taking responsibility for your cigarette butts and garbage). Other things to note It is VERY IMPORTANT to keep in mind that, since this is a central and popular neighborhood, there is a lot of activity and city noise, food delivery, and late-night desserts. It is located on a corner of main avenues with a traffic light where many large vehicles pass, so the noise is intense for a LARGE part of the night. Therefore, consider bringing earplugs or earmuffs if any noise wakes you up. Or, look for another not-so-centric option. ☺️ Parking is not available.
