The space The style of the apartment is contemporary—essential yet full of personality. Soft sage tones and tactile textures create a sense of balance and natural harmony. Every detail is designed to offer a warm and inspiring experience: from the circular sage green wall embracing the double bed, to the curated selection of photographic prints depicting views of Lake Maggiore and vintage images of the area, creating a visual dialogue between past and present. Ferdi can host up to 4 guests, with a cozy double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. A baby crib (for children under 2) is also available on request. Guest access The apartment is part of AQUAVISTA Residence — a small collection of ten vacation homes, exclusively designed for guests. There are no full-time residents, just fellow travelers enjoying the same peaceful spirit. Planning a special occasion? You can book multiple apartments together — perfect for birthdays, bachelorette weekends, or intimate lake weddings. The residence is located inside a private gated community with an automatic entrance. Upon arrival, guests will receive a phone number to conveniently open the gate remotely. Guests can park freely in the available parking spots within the private village. Spaces are not assigned, but there is always room for those staying at the residence. Guests have full access to the apartment and its two balconies overlooking the water, as well as to the shared outdoor areas of the residence. These shared spaces include: • The garden, featuring a fully equipped BBQ area and a stone table under a pergola of blooming wisteria — perfect for outdoor lunches or dinners; • A large swimming pool, suitable for both adults and children (max depth 140 cm), with sun loungers and umbrellas available for relaxing under the sun; • The outdoor patio, furnished with a cozy lounge set and two beautiful macramé hammocks — ideal for a moment of pure relaxation (and an unmissable IG opportunity!). All spaces are designed to offer comfort and peace, with respect for the quiet atmosphere and shared use with fellow guests. Other things to note Private events & group stays All AQUAVISTA apartments are holiday rentals. No permanent residents live in the residence. It’s possible to book multiple units for private events or group stays. Linen included You’ll find everything ready upon arrival: fresh sheets, towels, pool towels, extra blankets, and additional pillows. No need to bring a thing — just relax and enjoy! Professional cleaning The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We kindly ask that you leave it tidy at check-out, as a gesture of respect for those who clean and for the guests who come after you. Welcome kit You’ll be greeted with a small selection of essentials to start your stay off right — olive oil, salt, coffee, tea, sugar… and some basic bathroom items too.
