Moinho Mó da Praia (Tourism in Rural Spaces)

You'll love the space for its unique atmosphere, tranquility, the natural beauty of Graciosa Island, the light, the comfortable beds, and the foosball table! My space is great for couples and families (with children), as well as small groups. And get ready to want to come back! We'll be waiting for you… The space "Mó da Praia" was one of the last windmills to grind grain on the island until the death of Mr. Manuel Frutuoso Moniz (its former owner) on February 18, 2002. The windmill's restoration project began in 2009 with the goal of preserving its characteristics as much as possible. Some parts and utensils used in the milling process were also recovered for future memory. Guest access Take advantage of all the space, preserving it for those who come next. Please do not smoke inside the mill. Other things to note The windmill has Wi-Fi, and there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot 300 meters away, next to the coffee shops and São Mateus beach.
