Water access is about 100 steps in front of the house. The house is a 20-minute drive to historic Edenton and 1 hour to the Outer Banks. The space The house is located in a rural quiet safe neighborhood. The house has an open floor plan. The front porch is large and inviting that allows you to enjoy the water view. There are two bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs there are two full size beds, one half bath, a full-size futon, table & chairs, and a smart TV with Direct TV and a DVD player. There are two kayaks and a canoe available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. There is a garage with a washer & dryer, ping pong table, and propane grill.
