Sunny Queen Bedroom with bamboo floors and private workspace. Deck & back yard available for enjoying a glass of wine or tea/coffee. Walk to local coffee shop, grocery store, and pharmacy. Plenty of parking. Running trails, lots of green space. While we are in the suburbs, commute to DC area attractions is relatively easy. Daily Coffee & Tea included upon request. Seasonal pool access available for long term guests by request. :) The space My house is generally quiet and laid back. I recently remodeled it, so it is pretty nice on the inside, I work to keep it tidy. I'm try to be as green as possible and I use mostly green cleaning products. The outdoor space is beautiful, but my grass needs to be mowed more often, lol. Guest access Guests have access to all outdoor spaces, and main level common area/living room. Long term guests have access to laundry room and kitchen. (Please note: Other guests may use kitchen and laundry with prior coordination with owner ONLY) and their bedroom and upstairs bathroom. Guest may park in driveway for evening of check in and day of check out. There is ample guest parking. Any space that does not have a number is free to park in. (even if it says reserved, if there is no number, it is free to park in) Pool access is for long term/monthly guests only. (Please note: There is no community TV) During your stay I'm friendly and hospitable, and willing to give you info on the local attractions, but I'm busy, so you will have a lot of time to yourself. I have lived here for a while so I know all the best commuting options, and the best local and not so local nightlife and I am happy to share my wisdom. :) Other things to note While internet is free, there is no guest TV in my house, if that is important to you. ;p If you bring your laptop, you are welcome to watch as much hulu, netflix, and or Amazon prime as you like, lol. Also, this listing is for a max of TWO adults only. Second person charge is $15. If you are a party of 3 and one of your members is 2 or under, contact me and I will make exception and charge you $10. Just let me know. :)
