First floor has master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room, half bathroom and a closet. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small seating area. The attic has library and a sleeping area. The house sits on one acre of land with 100 feet of lake frontage. You will have access to 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 2 standup boards.
