The space The house offers space for fun while the living room features sit down video games for competitive players. It is equipped with a fully functional open-concept state-of-the-art kitchen into the living area while relaxing and viewing the river at the same time. Come relax after a day of adventures while watching the flow of the river, mountains, kayakers, and you even might see ducks and geese trailing the river too. Magnolia River is located in Friendsville, Maryland, just right off Interstate 68, Exit #4, approximately a half-mile. There is a bank, post office, Dollar General, pub, restaurants, library, EV charging stations, Community park, gas stations with unique souvenirs, fishing and miscellaneous shops within walking distance. And don’t forget to take a nature or bicycle hike on the Kendall Trail located within a few feet from Magnolia River. Winter will surely take you to the slopes of the Wisp, which is a short drive. And check out all the other activities that are made available on the guide post of this platform. We love our fur friends too, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets. Guest access There is free parking adjacent to Magnolia River and street parking. If you need more just let us know.
