NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED BUT PLENTY OF LOCALS PLACES TO EAT. The room sleeps two comfortably and there is fast Wi-Fi and television. There are two comfortable chairs and a small desk area in front of the television. Close to all Goodwood, Cowdray, Portsmouth, Midhurst, Guildford, Horsham, Chichester and the South Downs.
