Welcome to your cozy seaside retreat! All of these three bright and spacious double bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathroom with 24-hour hot water. Whether you're here for a short break or a longer stay, you'll find everything you need for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing experience. The space Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, our home is perfectly located for both relaxation and exploration. You’ll find excellent public transport links nearby — including the DART, buses, and Aircoach station — offering direct access to Dublin City Centre (30 minutes) and Dublin Airport. The rooms are fully furnished with quality cotton bed linen, a dedicated workspace, and ample clothes storage including a chest of drawers and wardrobe. For your comfort, we also provide extra pillows and blankets, along with all the essentials to make you feel right at home: fresh towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. The space is equipped with central heating, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. You'll also find hangers, a clothes drying rack, and plenty of room to unpack and settle in comfortably. Guest access Guests have full access to a wide range of modern amenities, including: - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker (Samsung induction, 4 hobs), microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, mini fridge, freezer, and coffee & espresso machines - Cooking essentials such as pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, bowls, and chopsticks - Washer & dryer (in-building, free to use) - Two lovely backyards - High-speed 1 GB Wi-Fi throughout the property - Guest parking available (€2 per day or free :) We also offer luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures, and welcome long-term stays of 28+ days for a discount.
