Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Luxury bed linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for your convenience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY *This unit sleeps up to 8 people. *NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside. *Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund. Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. Pet Friendly - up to 2 pets allowed. Non-refundable pet fee per pet applies. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service may be spotty regardless of provider.
