All floors of the property are non-slip and thermal; they generate safety and comfort when walking barefoot in all areas of the house. The capacity is a maximum of 12 people to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Guest access The house is in the middle of the Club; very close to the nautical headquarters and the red house and the main headquarters where you will find a mini market, ice cream parlors, ATM, bathing suits, mass, restaurants, social areas, gas station, among others. Being inside a club, it has tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, a nautical venue for water sports, a semi-olympic pool and a children's pool, a children's park, a spa, jacuzzis, spectacular green areas, bike paths and safe pedestrian paths with drinking water stations, 3 lakes, a gas station and many more things. Peñalisa implemented a club entrance fee of $60,000 per person for a maximum stay of 10 days. This charge is made at the entrance to the club and applies to people over 2 years of age. For 1-day admissions, people who enter for 1 day only will not be charged. Other things to note The house has 1 golf cart; if this service is required, the value for use is $180,000 per day. You must inform us in advance to check its availability. USE is EXCLUSIVE for people over 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
