Located just a few steps from the sea, with a large private garden, sunny terrace and shady patio. Equipped with 2 king size and 2 single beds. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, fresh mezze, raki and fish. A quiet, well-organized place with the feeling of a second home. The space Our home is fully equipped and carefully decorated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms: two with spacious king size beds and one with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with fresh bedding, storage space and natural light. The curtains are also slightly darkening, which makes sleeping in a breeze. The rooms have a quiet, warm atmosphere – ideal for relaxing. Bathroom The house has a modern, fresh bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. Towels, toiletries and plenty of storage space are provided. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for those who like to cook for themselves. You will find a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Some basic necessities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and tea are also provided. Living room The bright living room has a comfortable seating area, a large dining table and direct access to the garden. Perfect for eating together, relaxing or reading a book. Outdoor Area There is a large private garden with both sun and shade, a spacious terrace with dining table and a patio with lounge sofas. A few steps from the beach, you can enjoy the outdoors here, whether you want to sunbathe, dine or just do nothing. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden, terrace and patio – everything is completely for you alone. This way you can fully enjoy privacy and comfort, as if it were your own vacation home. Only the basement is closed and not accessible to guests. This is our private storage space and will not be used during your stay. We hope you feel as much at home here as we do! Other things to note Our house is ideal for families with children. The large garden and quiet location provide plenty of room to play and relax, but please note that we do not have a stair gate or crib. Please let us know if you need anything – we are happy to help. Pets are welcome in consultation. We would like to know what kind of animal you are bringing, so that we can assess whether it fits our house and the environment. That's how we keep it pleasant for everyone. You don't have to worry about parking – there is space on private property, right by the house.
