With a spacious quarter-acre layout, this area is perfect for unwinding under the stars or gathering around the fire pit for a relaxing evening. Homey and Spacious Master Bedroom - Featuring a queen bed with elevated decor, blackout curtains and smart TV. The spaciousness of this bedroom allows you to completely unpack, kick your feet up, and relax. For those traveling with young children, a Pack and Play is available on site, as well as a baby gate, with plenty of room to use within the master suite. Modern and Stylish Master Bathroom – The contemporary bathroom is thoughtfully designed with elegant fixtures, a deep soaking tub, and fresh towels. Floating shelves with q-tips and cotton swabs add a modern touch, while black matte finishes give the space a sleek, polished look. Bright and Spacious Twin Room – Featuring two comfortable twin beds with cozy linens, this room is ideal for families, friends, or children. The blackout curtains ensure a peaceful night of sleep. The neutral décor and soft lighting create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Elegant and Comfortable Third Bedroom – This inviting bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed with stylish bedding, soft lighting, and dark blackout curtains to enhance privacy and restfulness. A perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Hallway Bathroom - This stylish second bathroom offers a bright and modern feel with a spacious vanity, quartz countertops, and sleek black finishes. The shower/tub combo is equipped with a fresh curtain for privacy, and thoughtful touches like soft hand towels and decorative accents create a welcoming space for guests. Fully Stocked Kitchen - Whether guests are culinary enthusiasts or prefer simple meals, the fully stocked, recently remodeled kitchen provides all the essentials for easy meal preparation. It features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Also included is both a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot for added convenience, as well as a blender and a crock pot for versatile cooking options. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, incliuding the large half acre fenced in back yard, and garage. If you need access to garage parking, please arrange with the host. Other things to note At Luxe Vacay Stays LLC, we welcome our guests with open arms and open hearts. We really value creating comfortable and cozy spaces while going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The proof is in our ratings. There are, however, occasions where additional intervention is required that is above and beyond that of a typical stay. In these instances, we must charge additional fees. *Unapproved late check-out (this is not an extension of stay) - $100/hr *Retrieval of unapproved items from septic tank - at cost (typically ~$1000) *Excessive markings on the wall - $100 *Forgotten items - $10 admin fee + cost of shipping. We try our best to notify guests of these items, but they do go into lost and found two weeks following the conclusion of stay. *Failure to remove personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $100 *Storage of personal items after stay concludes (does not include one-off forgotten items) - $200/day for a maximum of 3 days, in addition to fee, items go into lost and found on day 4. *Missing/Damaged items - $10 admin fee + reasonable replacement cost *Any additional service required that's not a result of normal use/wear & tear - at reasonable cost *Pet fee - $100/stay.
