Peaceful stylish flexible annexe with office space

A self contained annexe with a large 25 sqm double bedroom. Modern bathroom with rainfall shower. Separate space with tea, coffee machine, granola, kettle, fridge and microwave, and an office/workspace with desk, which also works well for a travel cot (not provided). One parking space available on our drive. Beautiful private lawned garden area with table and chairs (in the summer!). The space The peace and tranquility hits you immediately. By day it’s flooded with natural light with glass doors onto a self contained area of our garden which you are free to use without being overlooked. The separate office also has lots of natural daylight, with double doors onto the garden. The rooms are separated from the main house (where we live) by a partition wall, and you have your own separate entrance through the main room. Guest access Guests will have one parking space on our drive. They can then use the wooden walkway to access the rear of the property which is where the entrance to the annexe is. They can use a beautiful lawned terrace area in the same level as the annexe which is not overlooked. Other things to note The annexe contains two rooms - a bedroom and an office. We welcome babies and toddlers but we do not supply a travel cot. You are welcome to set up your own travel cot in either the bedroom or office. The kitchen area is very well equipped for short stays with a microwave, kettle and mini-fridge, but please note there is not a fully plumbed-in kitchen.
