House Tinz - Cozy cottage in a quiet location

The house Tinz has a private garden and is in a central yet quiet location of Heilbronn. The space The living space of Haus Tinz is on two floors. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, spices and more. Next to it is a modern bathroom with large shower on the ground floor and the large bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa bed and a workstation with TV. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each equipped with a closet and a TV. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other room there are two single beds that can also be used as a double bed. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The garden consists of the vegetable and herb garden, where my guests are very happy to help. On the other hand, there is space to relax on a sun lounger or couch and to grill on the charcoal grill. You can park comfortably in the private parking lot right in front of the house. Other free parking spaces can be found at the surrounding streets. Arriving with children: If you arrive with children, a baby travel cot as well as a high chair are prepared on request.
