Watkinsville Guest Suite

Welcome to our guest suite on the lower level of our home. With a private entrance, guests are a stone’s throw away from the University of Georgia! This space offers a comfortable and convenient stay for visiting students, family, or anyone looking to explore the vibrant university area. The basement features a spacious living area, a kitchenette equipped with essentials, and a bedroom furnished with a cozy queen bed. We look forward to hosting you! The space Please note our home is a split-level home, with the lower level available to guest. Guest has access to a private entrance. We are a family home with children living on the property. There may be occasions you will hear footsteps or voices, but we aim to keep the noise level as low as possible. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, TV, and closet space. The living space is fitted with a comfortable couch and a twin pullout bed in the loveseat. The kitchenette contains the essentials to make meals should guest choose to do so. A washer and dryer are available in the utility closet, next to the kitchenette. Our property is located minutes from 316 and highway 29, making it an ideal location for quick access to restaurants, stores, or the University of Georgia, which is about a 15-minute drive to campus. Guest access Guests has access to the entire basement level of our split-level home, including the laundry in the utility closet off the kitchenette. Guests also has access to the backyard with a trampoline and tree swing; play is at own risk. There is no access to the second and third levels of the home. Other things to note Please note guests are unable to operate the thermostat personally due to the whole house being on one unit. We are happy to adjust the temperature upon request. We have provided extra fans and space heaters for your comfort.
