Welcome to your VT escape! Our warm, spacious home on 36 acres borders Green Mountain National Forest and features over 2,000 feet of Otter Creek frontage. With private trails leading to the creek, it is perfect for fishing, exploring, birdwatching, or simply unwinding in nature. Just minutes from Manchester and near several ski areas, enjoy local dining, shops, and year-round adventure. After skiing, hiking, or strolling through town, relax by the gas firepit and soak in the mountain views. The space Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably designed for families and groups. The main floor offers a king bedroom, while upstairs you’ll find another king bedroom and a large bedroom with two queen beds. For added flexibility, the upstairs common area includes a king-size futon, ideal for kids or additional guests. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and gathering, with a dining area overlooking the mountains. The living room is bright and welcoming, with books and games available for cozy evenings in. Modern comforts like high-speed WiFi, streaming TV, and a laundry area make it easy to settle in for a weekend or a longer stay. Thoughtful touches throughout the home bring warmth and charm, making it a true Vermont retreat. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the in-law apartment on the ground level, which has a separate entrance. There is currently a tenant who resides here. The only shared space is the laundry room, which is also located on the ground level. Other things to note This is our beloved family home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own. Otter Creek, a renowned spot for fishing, is on the property and only a 5-minute walk from the home on the cleared trail. Several ski areas are nearby: Bromley - 25 minutes Okemo - 30 minutes Stratton - 35 minutes Pico - 35 minutes Killington - 40 minutes Nestled on 36 wooded acres, the property offers a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. As with any forested setting you, may come across some typical elements of the outdoors.
