The space Our property is very private, surrounded by trees and shrubs. The sunroom is located on the south side of the house and is sunny all day. This private guest room has a double bed. It can accommodate two adults. There is also a small library with books in English and German. A table is also available if you prefer to work there. The windows of this bedroom face east, making the morning sun spectacular. On the property there is a second private room, the "parish hall", (guest house courtyard room Pasewalk rectory Wetzenow) which is also listed on Airbnb. The living room has a sofa bed for a couple, and the conservatory also offers a sofa bed for a couple. These two rooms are listed separately on Airbnb. The entire guest area (bathroom, kitchen, living room, conservatory) is private if you are the only guests. We will be happy to inform you if other guests are present at the same time. Guests have their own entrance, separate from the homeowner. The owners live on the upper floor of the house so guests have more privacy. Guest access In addition to this private bedroom, the guest area (about 100 m²) consists of a guest bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, the living room with a historic fireplace, the conservatory (for dining and relaxing) and the fully equipped country house kitchen. Guests have their own entrance to the building, separate from the homeowner. *If other guests book at the same time, we will inform you in advance, as the kitchen, bathroom, living room and conservatory will then be shared. However, overlaps are rare. A selection of books and DVDs, a TV, board games and Wi-Fi are available for guests. Guests also have access to the surrounding orchard, which surrounds the conservatory and invites you to yoga or other outdoor exercises. During your stay Since this is a family home with children, we welcome new guests upon arrival and show them their room and the guest area. We kindly ask guests to also note the check-in times. We warmly welcome families with children, international guests, working vacationers and all those who are looking for a relaxing break away from the hectic city life. We will be happy to help you set up the fireplaces. We also offer a small garden tour on request. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use the fireplace or grill outdoors or have other requests that require our preparation. Fresh products (e.g. eggs, apple and pear juice, honey, etc.) from our property are also available. Just ask the owners about availability when booking. Other things to note We are very family-oriented and warmly welcome both families with small children and people on vacation. We welcome guests who enjoy the quiet surroundings and want to appreciate nature. In season, you can also pick some fruit from the trees. We would like to know in advance what the purpose of your stay is so that we can help make your stay more pleasant. For example, if you need to work, we can set up the workspace according to your needs and provide extension cables. If you want to use the fireplace, we will gladly provide the wood. If you want to bake something special like a cake, we will gladly provide all the equipment. For outdoor grilling, a simple fireplace with a three-legged overhang grill is at your disposal.
