Great for dining and playing games. ~A living room with sofa, loveseat and chair, 40" smart tv, & stereo. ~ A movie room / bedroom with a sofa, chair, queen murphy bed, 58" HD TV with surround sound and more than 500 DVD movies. ~ Primary bedroom w/4 poster queen bed, dressers, clothes closet & linen closet with extra blankets, quilts & pillows. ~ Primary bath with a dual shower, 2 sinks, and a fantastic 4' x 6' heated jetted tub with temperature control. ~A sliding door opens onto the back deck and patio, featuring a covered dining area with a table (seats 10+), sunny patio table w/umbrella (seats 4), sunny deck table (seats 2), sunny lounge chairs (2), umbrella, shaded spectator chairs (4), & full size table tennis setup. ~A front porch with dining table seats 4 overlooks the 1/2 acre front yard. ~Two 1/2 baths. ~A laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board with laundry & cleaning products. The upstairs features: Two large bedrooms each with a double bed and twin bed, dressers, closet space, extra bedding, chair or bench. Another full bath with oversized shower/tub, and a two sink vanity. Guest access Guests have full access to the home with the exception of a few closets/cabinets. You'll find ample closet space and dressers for your use in each bedroom and a pantry in the kitchen in which you will find a few goodies. Guests love the private fully fenced 1,600 sf deck, patio and back yard. Other things to note ~ This house has been our farmhouse style home for 27 years and we look forward to sharing it's wonderful warmth and many of our treasures with you. We hope you enjoy our super selection of movie DVDs and many leather bound books scattered throughout the house, along with cozy throws and hand-made quilts for snuggling up and keeping warm. Along with many of our personal treasures, you'll find evidence of people living here. The carpet is high quality and super clean but does show signs of wear in high traffic areas. Rest assured, everything is professionally cleaned but you might find some minor hard water buildup here and there. So, if it's important to you to have everything look like it's never been used, our wonderfully warm much loved farmhouse might not be for you. However, if you want to feel like you've walked into a friends home with an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, we hope to see you soon! We've tried to think of everything you might need for your stay with your family and friends but if you think of something you would like that is not listed, please let me know and we'll try to get it for you. ~Service Animals Although we are a pet free home, service animals who have been trained in a specific task are always welcome at no additional fee.
