Cosy Cottage with Spectacular Views

Kick back and relax in our cosy two bedroom cottage with stunning views across Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia National Park. Situated in a tucked away tranquil location on the peaceful private Caerffynnon estate it is in easy walking distance of a popular pub and a short drive to the local shops and nearby beaches. The space The cottage has an "upside down" layout allowing the main living space to take advantage of the amazing views over the Llyn Penisula, Portmeirion, Snowdon and the Snowdon Horseshoe. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is on the first floor with a door opening onto a balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets that this coast is famous for. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms one of which has a door to the garden and also has lovely views. The bedroom at the front of the property has a comfortable double bed. Plenty of storage is available in the bedroom with two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The bedroom at the rear of the property is furnished with a bunkbed and a built in wardrobe. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern appliances and utensils you would hope for in a modern kitchen including; a 4 burner electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, airfryer and toastie maker. The lounge boasts a corner chaise lounge style sofa, a 40 inch smart TV with all of the available smart apps and our Netflix account readily available to use. We also have a selection of games and books for nights in with family or friends The dining area has a drop leaf table that can accommodate up to 4 guests. To maximise space the table is folded in half but can be pulled out during your stay to comfortably seat everyone for meals throughout the day. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside there are woodland and hillside walks from the door step and a few minutes drive away there is the beautiful estuary, the Welsh Coastal path and areas designated as a “Sites of Special Scientific Interest” proving to be a bird watchers paradise. The heart of the popular village of Talsarnau is just half a mile away whilst just a short drive or train ride takes you to the beautiful sandy beach of Harlech with its cliff top Castle and and famous links golf course and the iconic harbour town of Porthmadog.
