Deluxe double King welcomes you. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2 King beds can easily handle 6 people. Request for more guests, I have other rooms available. This one bedroom is exclusive to you, bathroom is attached. Also have access to everything on the main floor, see pictures. And shared back yard. The space The house will be shared with other guests, and me. This lovely home awaits you. Main floor; Open concept living room with 75” smart TV Office desk with chair. Open concept kitchen. Separate living area. Dining room with table for 8. Laundry room locked ( available at cost, as basement might needed for house keeping) 2nd floor; There are my rooms. Your room will have everything on the pictures, you will have shared access to full washroom. Large backyard shared, with other guests. Extra charges to use bbq, as we are trying keep prices down. (Request for use) Parking; 1 parking only shared with other guests back to back, on driveway during winter only, Nov 15th to April 15. Free parking on the street after these dates. Guest access Guest have access to their room on 2nd floor, with attached bathroom. Shared access to everything on main floor. No access to garage. No access to laundry room, (at a cost $) No access to basement. Bbq at extra cost, ask for details. During your stay Please message me on the app. Other things to note No pets allowed, as I have severe allergies. No parties allowed. No smoking inside the house. Fine of $1000 for any trace of smoking.
