This brand new 25 m2 accommodation offers for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the comfort of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom. The space Upon entering there is a living room with a sitting area with sofa and television, then a table and 4 stools adjoining a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, mini oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and all the dishes needed to cook and have breakfast and meals. Then a nice bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and storage on each side of the bed. A bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Towels provided. On a cabin-style mezzanine there are 2 beds 80 x 200 ideal for 2 children or 2 teenagers. A folding crib can be installed in front of the sofa if needed. Beds made on arrival A free parking space is located right in front of the accommodation as well as a small courtyard not overlooked to enjoy the sunny days. Guest access The accommodation is rented as an entire property Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Children's beds are high, so children are under the responsibility of parents.
