Welcome to your home away from home! This newly renovated cottage is 2 blocks from Lake Erie. Centrally located between Sandusky and Cleveland, half a mile to the Black River Landing & the Broadway Historic District, a mile from Lakeview Beach Park. Whether you're in town visiting family, taking a trip to the local beaches, enjoying a fishing charter, romantic getaway, or partaking in the many nearby attractions, we'd love to be your cozy accommodation! The space This cozy cottage has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, and a laundry room which also contains an air hockey table. All on the main floor of the home. Guest access The basement and attic are off limits, that is where we have things stored (these are both locked) the rest of the home is yours to enjoy! Other things to note We can comfortably host 5 people, there are two queen beds and a fold up single bed that is stored in the bedroom closet- I’d be happy to set it up for you, just let me know if you’ll be needing it!
