The main level of the cottage features a gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, top tier stainless appliances, a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge and espresso maker—perfect for crafting morning cappuccinos or evening cocktails. The adjacent dining area is complemented by a stone fireplace and leads to a cozy living area bathed in natural light. Step out to the expansive deck, where you’ll find a fire table and an outdoor TV, ideal for entertaining under the stars. A main floor ensuite primary bedroom features a queen bed and beautiful attached bath with tiled walk in shower. An additional half bath and laundry room are located on this floor . The upper level features three spacious and serene bedrooms providing a restful retreat, each equipped with a queen bed and designer touches at every turn. An additional upper level full bath accommodates these bedrooms. The lower level is creatively designed to provide a great bunk room with three twin beds and an additional sleep space with a full bed is located right next door. and these rooms share an additional full bath. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund. MANAGEMENT This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service. All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation.
