Please shower before swimming and wear appropriate swimwear. 🔥 BBQ & Outdoor Kitchen Guests may use the BBQ & outdoor kitchen. Clean after use. Seek assistance before using the pizza oven. Turn off all cooking appliances after use. Dispose of ashes properly. Never leave the fire unattended. 🚗 Parking Use designated parking only. Follow all safety guidelines for pool and property areas ❌🍺🚬 Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking Policy The consumption of alcohol, and drags, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, and all waste must be disposed of properly. Any violations, including odors or residue, will result in additional cleaning fees. 🐶❌ No-Pets Rule No pets allowed to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies. A cleaning fee will be charged for any breach of this rule. 🚫 No Parties or Events Parties and large gatherings are prohibited unless pre-approved in advance. Approved events will incur an additional event fee. Any unapproved or disruptive gatherings that create noise or violate house rules are strictly forbidden. 🏊 Pool & Outdoor Area Pool use is limited to registered guests only. Children must be always supervised by an adult. No glassware or food near the pool. No running or jumping, and no food, drinks, or glass items in or around the pool area. Keep decorations, balloons, and loose items away from the water. Please ensure the area remains clean by using the bins provided and avoid contaminating the water in any way. Please shower before swimming and wear proper swimwear. 🔥 BBQ & Outdoor Kitchen Guests may use the BBQ & outdoor kitchen. Clean after use. Fires are strictly limited to the designated BBQ and outdoor kitchen areas only. Seek assistance before using the pizza oven. Turn off all cooking appliances after use. Dispose of ashes properly. Never leave the fire unattended. 🚗 Parking Use designated parking only. No blocking access or vehicle maintenance on-site (Max 3 cars). 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM Only registered guests may stay overnight; Day visitors are limited to 10 and must depart by 10:00 PM. Before departure, clean dishes, dispose of trash, return furniture to its original place, switch off all ACs and lights and secure all doors/windows, and leave the villa tidy. 🚨 Damages & Cleanup Please report any issues or damage immediately. Guests are fully responsible for any breakage, damage, or contamination, including soiling that requires professional cleaning, and will bear the cost of repair or replacement as applicable. If the pool’s chemical balance is disrupted (e.g., oils, dyes, or waste) and specialist treatment is required, a pool treatment fee of OMR 60 will apply. A replacement fee of OMR 15 will be charged for any missing or damaged remote control (e.g., gate, TV, or air-conditioner remote). Before departure, clean dishes, dispose of trash, return furniture to its original place, switch off all ACs and lights and secure all doors/windows, and leave the villa tidy.
