The Covington Cottage off Floyd is located in the heart of our beautiful city, right off the town square! All Covington has to offer, right at your fingertips!! Walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and shops; you can’t beat this location! This charming cottage built in 1950, underwent extensive renovations, completed in 2021 and is just like new! This home is perfect for a business trip or a vacation! We can’t wait to host you!! Mystic Falls Vampire Diaries Sweet Magnolias The space This beautiful 1950s cottage has been fully renovated and eagerly awaits you within walking distance to all the town square has to offer! Inside you will find a lovely living room area with a couch and sitting chairs to catch up on tv. Off to the side you’ll find a cute little breakfast nook table to have a cup of coffee or perhaps you prefer your morning coffee on the cozy screened in porch; which is also perfect for a late night glass of wine. The kitchen features a gas stove and oven, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker or regular coffee maker & is fully stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes. Should you need to launder clothing during your stay, there’s a washer and dryer located to the side of the kitchen. As you exit the back side of the kitchen you will find the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, tv, closet, a separate bathroom that boast a subway tiled shower. The master has access the back deck with seating and fenced backyard. The second bedroom to note is located towards the front of the house with a queen size bed, closet, dresser, TV and designated workspace with a desk & chair. The last bedroom, features two twin size beds, a closet and a full length mirror. If a full bathtub is preferred, the second bathroom is centrally located off the kitchen as well.
