The Kingfisher House

The Kingfisher House is a serene, lakeside retreat on Ometepe Island, just outside Balgue. This 48m² open-plan home features a Full bed, bunk bed, A/C, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchenette. We have now added a second private room with a Queen bed. Enjoy lake breezes, birdwatching from the spacious porch, and peaceful surroundings. Solar-powered with grid backup, it's ideal for relaxing or remote work. Quiet, safe, and just a short walk from local bars and restaurants. The space The Kingfisher house has one main room with a private bathroom, balcony, kitchenette, bunk bed, and dining table, and air conditioning, as well as a new room containing a Queen bed and air conditioning. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and private beachfront. The main room sleeps 4, the second room sleeps 2. Cost of house rental includes 2 adults and all children 0-12 years of age. Additional adults and all children 12 years and up cost an additional $USD 15/night
