Stable block with basic exercise equipment, undercover seating. 5 miles from Chester, Chester Racecourse, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village & Chester Zoo, on main route to the Wirral, the border of North Wales and easy access to the M56, M53 & A55. Enjoy the Public Foot & Cycle Paths, local offerings, City restaurants. Not suitable for under 16’s and anyone with mobile issues. The space The Mill is over 300 years old with various modernisations taking place over the years. The stairs are all spiral & open tread. The Master bedroom on the 4th floor offers a King bed & ensuite with panoramic views, the Juliette balcony and double doors showcase the morning sunrises. And if you want more.. the vast open ceiling boasts the exposed framework holding the Sails in place and the Smart TV with Chandeliers above. The 3rd floor holds 2 Cosy Double bedrooms with warm deep carpets, fitted wardrobes, garden views and a shared bathroom. The 2nd floor has the Living room that boasts panoramic views, a spacious sofa, separate reading/work area with smart TV and doors out to the bistro table on the balcony overlooking the grounds. The part glass floor looks down onto the ground floor Kitchen & Utility rooms with breakfast bar seating & dining counter and 2 seater table. Washing machine, cloakroom & storage area. Outside is the long Private driveway with electric gates, stables and a Paddock for dog exercising, games or just lounging around watching the sunset. The Stables offer undercover space for Outdoor Entertaining during wet weather and a small gym area with rubber floor. There is plenty of space for additional Friends & Family bringing a Camper or Motorhome with the use of an Electric Hook Up point. We also have a Public Footpath leading directly from the front to the back of the Paddock with access via a Wooden stile. There is a locked 5 bar style Farm gate to the front so you will have to keep an eye on any Houdini Pooches... We are walking distance to a popular Italian Restaurant and Pub with indoor and outdoor seating. For any last minute provisions I haven't provided, The Village of Saughall is 5 minutes drive away and offers a 24 hour Petrol station, local Pub, a well stocked Shop, Churches & a Chinese take-away plus a Farmers Market on Saturday's. A Golf Driving range & 9 hole course, Shooting School, fisheries and fabulous garden centres are all within 10 minutes drive. Guest access The Mill, grounds & paddock are all for your own enjoyment. Other things to note The winding staircases are open banister and have open treads - if you aren't sure your Pet will be happy, please ask. I want you to have a fabulous stay not an anxious one. For the same reason the Mill is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
