Welcome to this cozy one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Kristiansand, which gives the hotel feeling, but with that little extra. The apartment is new, open and bright, with everything you need when you are going to retreat after a day of experiences. You get easy access to roof terraces with sun all day, a fantastic bathing jetty, and only a few minutes walk away you will find among other things Kilden, Kunstsiloen and Fiskebrygga. The apartment is also located in Kristiansand's most beautiful hiking area - Odderøya✨ The space The apartment is an open and bright one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The living room has a double bed 160/200 with plenty of space for two. Duvet and pillow with bed linen and sheets will be ready for the stay. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make yourself a good cup of coffee or tea that you can enjoy on the patio right outside the apartment, or on one of the roof terraces you have access to. Otherwise, the kitchen has what is needed to make a good dinner at home (except for food - most likely), if you one day don't feel like eating out. The bathroom is modern and here you will find, among other things, a washing machine ready for use if necessary as well as towels you can use if desired. In the hallway there is a large cabinet where you can place your things. The apartment also has a built-in storage room, where you can put away the suitcase. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place and can also take advantage of two beautiful roof terraces associated with the apartment complex with sunlight all day. Other things to note The apartment has a fantastic location in the center of Kristiansand. It is located in the residential area Kanalbyen on Odderøya. In minutes walking distance you will find Kilden (theatre and concert hall), Kristiansand's new Art silo, wine bar, Factory (gourmet bakery, pizzeria and cafe), swimming area, Fiskebrygga, climbing park, a large, outdoor playground, as well as a fantastic hiking area overlooking the whole of Kristiansand and the sea. Otherwise, it is a short walk to Markensgate (Kristiansand's shopping street) with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Furthermore, in a 15 minute walk you can follow the shoreline over to urban performance - where Palmesus is arranged - and Aquarama (Kristiansand's impressive water park and spa). There is no private parking space associated with the apartment, and guests cannot park in the building's underground car park. For travelers by car, however, there is guest parking at the end of Kanalbyen (Sjølystveien 115). Here you are free for the first two hours and then it costs 20 DKK per hour, but max 100 DKK a day. This parking is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Otherwise, there is a parking garage just a couple of minutes away right at the source, but here a higher price per hour and 24 hours is expected.
