This is a refurbished apartment with a fantastic view – perfect for enjoying the sunset. Located in the Bavarian Forest, within the Predigtstuhl Resort. The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, gym, playgrounds etc – ideal for couples and families with kids. The surrounding area has plenty to offer all year round – countless hiking and cycling routes, ski and cross-country trails, a climbing park, nearby amusement parks, and much more. The space Our studio flat is a new cosy refurbished flat inside the Predigtstuhl Resort in the Bavarian Forest. Very nicely decorated, you feel like at home. This flat is ideal for 2 people or solo travelers. We provide you with the basics things (coffee, tea, basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, and also basic toiletries) so you can have a nice start in your holiday. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Our guests are allowed to use the entire condominium. Swimming pools, sauna, gym, table tennis area inside and outside, outdoor playgrounds. You can also play Mini-Golf with a rental fee for the sticks. There is also a bicycle street for small kids. In the evening if you want to enjoy watching a film or your favorite series you can watch our Netflix for guests. The wardrobe bed (1,60m x 2,00m) can be folded away during daytime to provide a nice living space). Guest access Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, indoor and Outdoor playgrounds. Other things to note The municipality of Sankt Englmar charges a local visitor’s tax – this is not included in the price and is collected separately after booking (€2.70 per day for adults; reduced rate for guests under 16; free for children under 6). This visitor’s tax includes free use of the Bayerwaldbahn train (from Viechtach) and the hiking and ski bus (line 58), which stops directly at the Predigtstuhl Resort. Other things to take into account: We provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. Please bring your own bath robes and swimming pool towels. We only provide small towels to be used inside the flat. We have 3 flats in total to rent out - 2 flats next to each other (2 P & 4P (2 adults + 2 kids) and the third flat (2 daults + 2 kids) one floor below quite close. Please let us know if you would like to rent out more than one flat, since the flats. The flat is a studio flat, this means that the kitchen, dining and sleeping area are all in the same living space. The bathroom is of course en-suite. It has also a balcony.
