Located in a quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes from the Eugene airport, it’s easy to get to any location in Eugene, including historic Hayward field and Matthew Knight Arena, from our residence. U of O and downtown are approximately 15 minutes from our location. The owners are located in the attached dwelling next door but you will have your own private entrance, kitchen, family room, bedrooms, and laundry room The space Front apartment of a house. Private dwelling with own front entrance. No yard. Guest access There is no backyard space included with this rental. Other things to note There are no doors connecting the owners space to this space. Each dwelling is completely private with a separate entrance . No parties of any kind allowed. The bathtub/shower combo has a high wall that can be challenging for some to get into. There is a maximum of 4 guests per stay.
