The hundred-year-old log-framed Villa has been completely modernized inside and out, respecting the old. Downstairs there is an entrance hall, a living room (sofa bed 140 cm wide and a single bed 80 cm wide), a kitchen and a bathroom with a sauna. Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed 160 cm wide) and a living room for watching TV. There is a terrace in the yard for socializing. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Walking distance to everywhere. The space Enjoy the unique atmosphere and relax in the cozy Villa Kuningatar near Porvoo's old town. Guests have access to a two-storey detached house that is spacious, bright and very quiet inside. The villa is built with breathable, natural materials - new and old plank flooring, old brick walls, clay plaster surfaces, timber, paneling and wood fiber insulation. The modern kitchen has all the comforts: a wide range of dishes and cooking utensils, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove with an integrated fan, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a coffee and kettle, an island with a bar counter and stools, and a tiled stove. The kitchen offers guests, among other things, tea, coffee, sugar, spices. The living room has a 140 cm wide sofa bed and an 80 cm wide bed, a living area, a tiled stove and a dining set for four. The space can be darkened with roller blinds. The bathroom has a sauna with an electric stove, a rain shower, plenty of storage space for cosmetics, an integrated washing machine, underfloor heating and a hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper are available. The bathroom has a mechanical dehumidifier that turns on automatically when moisture is detected in the room. The upstairs bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, plenty of storage space and a fireplace. The space can be darkened with roller blinds. Close to the bedroom is a living room with a 55-inch streaming screen and a comfortable sofa. The villa has towels and bed linen for all guests, as well as an iron and ironing board. Downstairs there is an air heat pump and upstairs you can get cooler in the summer heat with an electric fan. The villa has Wi-Fi. There is a free parking space for two cars in the yard. You can also park cars for free by the roadside. It is not possible to charge an electric car. The courtyard has a large terrace with a gas grill from spring to autumn, a dining set for six and sun loungers for two. The yard grows traditional perennials, lilacs, apple and maple trees.
