There is a double bed in the room and a folding sofa in the living room. Bed linens, towels and a wardrobe are available. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, necessary kitchen utensils, kettle, teapot and glasses. There is also a hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and various cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi is available and will be turned on for an additional fee, and a TV is also available. There is 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining area and a balcony. When the guest leaves the apartment, they must lock the doors, close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove...) and turn off the taps when leaving the house. In exceptional cases and in the absence of guests, the landlord has the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of the apartment's entrance at the first subsequent communication. In the event of a fire, flood, or other emergency, guests must immediately contact an authorized person as well as the emergency numbers. Weapons, explosives and flammable materials are prohibited. The guest is obliged to notify the host in case of loss or damage to the apartment equipment. If the loss or damage is caused by the guest's fault, the guest is obliged to reimburse the relevant equivalent cost. In the event that the key to the apartment is lost or damaged, the guests are obliged to inform the authorized person. For lost keys, an additional fee of 10 euros is charged for each key. • In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to refuse to provide further services and to declare the guest an "unwanted guest". In the event of cancellation of the reservation and use of the apartment due to violation of the house rules, the guest is obliged to pay the full rental price without a short-term stay.
