Enjoy peace and beautifull views, close to the market and sea The space We rent a luxurious and modern equipped Penthouse "Residentie Casa Milà". Through the living room and the large terrace (30m2) you have a unique view of the nature reserve (market / shopping street and restaurants at 200m, sea at 500m). With elevator directly into private hall. Two bedrooms, up to 5 persons. First bedroom: double bed. Second bedroom: 1 bunk bed and single bed. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed/pillows-bath and kitchen linen must be brought by yourself. In the kitchen itself everything is available: coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, combi oven, ceramic hob, extendable extractor hood, etc. Free wifi, internet television. Deposit to be paid after which code will be sent by email. Smoking and pets NOT allowed. From April 2022 mandatory to request a tax for tourist stay (1.5€/night/adult). Together with cleaning (65 Euro) this will be deducted from the deposit. Other things to note A deposit of €300 is required, you will receive a payment confirmation by email and this will be refunded upon check-out provided no damage has been caused to the accommodation.
