Welcome to "Los Templarios", a quiet accommodation, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments in the company of your family. This establishment is distinguished by its uniqueness and originality, featuring an interior design that combines stone and wood. In addition, it is complemented by oil paintings, handmade stained glass windows and mosaics, among other elements, which will transport you to a medieval era, giving you a unique and memorable experience. The space Los Templarios has five double bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom, with an extra-large flat-screen TV and a work desk. A sixth bedroom with single beds is included in one of the double rooms designed for families with children. The spaces are spacious and accessible on the ground floor, and are adapted for people with disabilities. We have a room in suite with exit to the exterior patio and designed in stone with wooden ceiling. Guest access Our house is completely renovated and ready to be used! Located on a single floor, it has everything you need to enjoy unforgettable days with family or adventurous friends who want to explore the wonderful corners of the province of Toledo. The house is rented in its entirety, with capacity for groups of up to 12 people, and a minimum of 8. In the immediate vicinity, you will find enough space to park and several nearby services, as we are only five minutes from the town square, where you can enjoy bars, a bakery, a bank and grocery stores. To guarantee the tranquility and rest of our neighbors, it is totally (FORBIDDEN TO HOLD PARTIES OR MAKE LOUD NOISES) after 11 pm, both inside and outside the house. In addition, it is not allowed to rent the house for events for that purpose, being a reason for cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit. Documentation will be requested from all guests on the reservation for later identification. People not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight, with a maximum of 12 guests per stay. The common areas of the house are independent of the rooms, to ensure privacy and comfort away from external noise. Guests can share the large living/dining room, with a kitchenette at the bar counter. It also has two separate toilets nearby. The outdoor patio consists of an area with several tables and a sun lounger, plus a garden area with a stone pool, a waterfall and a relaxation area. * The pool will be available from May to September, depending on the weather. House located in Burujón (Toledo), you can be within walking distance of areas of interest, such as: - The "Barrancas de Burujón" where we have a Restaurant that opens its doors from September to July on weekends. (We also organize guided tours along its ecological path, of this great natural area) - Puy du fou Spain is only 25 minutes away and Toledo is 15 minutes from the Barrancas de Burujón. - Madrid 50 minutes away - Talavera de la Reina is 30 minutes away. - The village of Montalbán is 10 minutes away. - Torrijos 10 minutes away. Other things to note A deposit of 300 euros will be requested for all stays, which will be returned at the end of the stay.
