The space A large treetop studio on the upper floor with private access through a terrace and spiral steps built around the mango tree. The studio includes a comfortable large twin bed, AC, fast Wi-Fi, a light-cooking pantry with a bar-top window counter, under-counter refrigerator, and a two-burner gas stove (to be used only when the AC is off for safety). It also features a modern private bathroom with hot water. Located just 1 km from Makola Y Junction, you have easy access to supermarkets, food outlets, Pizza Hut, and public transport. Colombo city is about 35 minutes by tuk-tuk or taxi, and the airport is roughly a 45-minute ride. Uber and local taxi service “PickMe” are available to the apartment around the clock. The host lives quietly on the ground floor for added support and safety, and can occasionally provide tea, coffee, or a typical Asian meal at a minimal rate upon request. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire treetop studio (seperate locking key provided ) on the upper floor, including the bedroom area, light-cooking pantry, private bathroom with hot water, and the outdoor terrace reached by the spiral steps around the mango tree. Access to the studio is through the ground area common parking area and garden, which guests may use when entering or leaving the property . A wicket-gate key will be provided for secure independent entry and exit. Guests who uses private car can also be given the roller-door remote on request. The ground-floor host residence remains private, but the host is available when needed for assistance, guidance, or support during your stay. Other things to note The studio is accessed by a spiral staircase, and the light-cooking pantry is suitable for simple meals only. For safety, please switch off the AC when using the gas stove. This is a peaceful residential home, so calm and respectful use of the space is appreciated. For any large luggage items over 25 kg that may not comfortably fit on the spiral staircase, we can assist. During check-in and check-out, access through the indoor staircase can be arranged, or we can securely store your heavy bags in our hall or car porch area if preferred.
