During these periods, outdoor furniture in the garden area may be temporarily moved to prevent damage, and seating or lounging furniture may not always be available. Once the water level goes down, the garden area will be cleaned and restored. Temporary water presence in outdoor or surrounding areas does not constitute a flood and is not considered grounds for free cancellation or refund.
