Small cottage in the countryside near Löcknitz

The little house is an independent unit next to our house. The bedroom on the 1st floor has two beds (each 1 m wide), which can also be used as a double bed. A futon serves as a 3rd sleeping space. In addition to the small kitchen, a large space can be used as a living, working and thinking room. The natural garden is available for use. The surroundings are quiet and rural. Several swimming lakes are easily accessible by bike. Shopping: in Löcknitz (8 km) or Szczecin (20 km). The space The cottage is located on our property and is an independent unit. The entrance leads directly into a small kitchen equipped with everything you could ever need. A coffee machine and coffee are provided. Further on the ground floor you come into a very large room that can be used as a living room, study (two large tables), reading room (small library) or thinking room (whiteboards and seminar supplies). The large window wall separates the room from the front courtyard, and you can enjoy the sunset at the small seating area in front of it. The seat for breakfast and sunrise is in the garden behind the cottage and the shed. The bedroom is on the first floor and reached over steps. It is large, equipped with two beds, which also function as a double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also a futon, and a small desk as a mini workplace. The windows are equipped with fly screens. The small bathroom with shower is right across the street. The cottage and the large house are located in a huge natural garden. We like to rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area or to go to the swimming lake. We have traveled far ourselves, speak several languages and often travel with Airbnb, and look forward to guests from elsewhere.
