Apartment at the Ponds, Połomja Forest

Comfortable and modern (completed in 2019) apartment for 2 to 4 people located on the top floor of the guest house, which is part of a large (36ha) private former mill settlement "Tenderowizna", located in the Jurassic Landscape Park. The apartment is 50 sq meters, including a bedroom, open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), bathroom with toilet and shower. Wi-Fi. Terrace (12 sq m) overlooking the ponds and river. A waterfall hums outside the windows. The space The apartment - heated by central gas heating - has a common space with a kitchenette, dining and living area (34.5m2 in total), a bathroom of 5.1m2, a bedroom of 10.2m2. The dining and living area is equipped with a 43-inch TV, dining table, 4 chairs, a sofa bed (150x200 cm), a desk, chairs, and wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4-burner induction electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Vacuum cleaner. The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed with bedding for 2 people, 2 tables and bedside lamps, a chest of drawers with 4 drawers, hangers. The bathroom is equipped with a large 85x125 cm shower, toilet, sink, mirror, cabinet, set of towels, hair dryer. On the terrace, there is a table, 4 chairs, and a barbecue. In front of the apartment entrance there are hangers for clothes and a shoe shelf. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. Guest access There are 2 gazebos, hammocks in the park, a fire pit, bicycles, ping pong table, badminton net and rackets, volleyball, forest paths in a private forest, a swing by the pond, a barbecue and a mini playground for children with swings, a sandpit, a slide and a swimming pool in summer. We also have a dog (kept behind a fenced yard). Families with children are welcome! On request, we will provide a crib with bedding, a child seat, and a bathtub. Dogs, cats and other pets are also welcome (for a fee of PLN 50 per pet per stay). Free parking under the shed. Other things to note Smoking is allowed on the terrace. You can order additional cleaning of the apartment (PLN 150) and replacement of bed linen (PLN 50 for a double bed). You can order home-made dinners or have them delivered from a nearby restaurant - to be agreed. You can park your car under a roofed parking shelter.
