Singerhof - Four-sided farm

We offer 2 guest rooms for a total of 4 people. Our beautiful listed four-sided courtyard built in 1865 has been almost completely renovated. Our lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard is located on a 5,300 m² plot. 3,000 m² are fenced. Next to the main house is our 200 m² cottage garden. Bedroom #1 with 13.5 m² is on the first floor. Bedroom #2 with almost 11 m² is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance but is connected to the main house. After opening the main entrance door, you enter a 25 m² hallway, from which you can reach the kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, parlor and utility room. On the first floor there is also a 25 m² hallway, where you can reach the guest toilet, the bathroom and bedroom #1, Several terraces and seating areas offer a place in the sun almost all day. Around the garden area there is a pavilion greenhouse which can also be used by two people. In front of the courtyard is our sales hut, where we offer beeswax candles, honey and eggs for sale. We keep about 30 chickens that lay organic eggs in free-range farming. In addition, we have several bee colonies and run beekeeping. Our farm is equipped with a 500 Mbps fiber optic connection and has very good Wi-Fi coverage. Even in the greenhouse, 30 mbit/s still arrives😀 Extensive hikes in the very idyllic Innauen, about 2 km away, are possible. The Inn Valley cycle path is about 2 km away We have two options to charge an electric car with 11 kW. On request and in consultation, our sauna can be used. If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring it. Smoking is allowed in the entire outdoor area, but not in the house or in the rooms. Guest access You can enter and use almost all areas of the house by arrangement, except our bedroom and office. During your stay We are almost always available by phone. Other things to note In consultation, we can also provide food and drinks. Depending on the communication, nothing stands in the way of a dinner together. We are also happy to have a barbecue together.
