If you like relaxing by the sea and watching the boats and ships sail by, then you’ll love this location. Refurbished Club house has a sun terrace overlooking the Solent with views across to the Isle of Wight. A heated outdoor swimming pool (fees payable in the shop) & a newly refurbished playground will keep the kids happy. The club serves food & regularly has live sport & Entertainment in the evenings. The van itself has a private patio area & is only a short walk from the clubhouse. The space The Property is 36ft x 12ft and has a large living/ dining area and small but well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, the Master has an ensuite toilet and a King-size bed. the smaller bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, water pressure is very good. Access to the Property is up a small set of steps. To the side of the property is ample parking for two cars. At the side towards the back of the plot is also a patio with a table for 4 people and a parasol. BBQ's are allowed on site but the one at the property is for personal use only, sorry for any inconvenience. Guest access Once in the property we leave Tea/ Coffee/ Sugar, etc for guest use, there will also be a pint of milk left in the fridge on the day of your arrival. The site does have a small shop with basics available to buy. One of the double wardrobes and the lockers above the bed in the master are locked. Please do not access these, they contain our personal belongings for our own stays at the property. Whilst there is nothing of any value left in those locked areas, we would prefer to have our own possessions separate. Anything else is free to use, anything left out in Bathroom or in Kitchen cupboards (Cereals, Sauces, Juices) are available to be used by guests. Other things to note No commercial sign-written vehicles can be kept on site overnight. The opening times for the Laundrette, Shop, Clubhouse and Gym all vary depending on the season and day of the week. The Gym is only open when the Clubhouse is open and is very small. The pool must be pre-book at the shop and a small fee is chargeable. We change bedding and towels ready for the start of your stay, if you require a change during your stay please let us know. Strictly no smoking in the property or on the patio. No issue with Vaping on the patio.
