Other things to note We welcome clean, quiet, and conscientious guests. Only the guests on the reservation should occupy the home, with the primary renter being 25 or over unless approved. Maintaining the home's integrity and security is a top priority, ensuring a positive relationship with neighbors. Use of the pool and hot tub requires a signed liability waiver and a weekly usage fee of $90. No pets unless approved and with a deposit and pet fee. We include a $300/month utility allotment, any overages are billed accordingly. Your monthly rental includes a complimentary starter pack of essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent).
