With room for up to 11 guests, it’s ideal for two or three families holidaying together. Inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The farmhouse features: • 2 Super King bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms • 2 King bedrooms, one with an en-suite (located on the ground floor — perfect for grandparents or anyone preferring fewer stairs) • 1 Twin bedroom The spacious kitchen-dining area is the heart of the home, with bi-fold doors opening straight into the garden — great for keeping an eye on the kids while you cook or for enjoying sunny breakfasts outdoors. You’ll also find two comfortable lounges, a large hallway, and a utility room with cloakroom toilet. Upstairs, the main family bathroom includes a separate bath, twin sinks, and a shower cubicle. All en-suites feature showers and toilets. Outside, the large enclosed garden offers plenty of space for children to play, along with a fenced lake area, patio for outdoor dining, and parking for 4–6 cars.
